Three feathers Design

"Before I even began this business, I knew that when I was ready I would hire Hayley. The process was so streamlined from beginning to end. Her business is so extremely automated (which in itself was an inspiration to me), and she is so focused, that I never was left wondering what to expect next, when I'd see my concepts, or wondering if she really 'got me' and what I was looking for. I would hire her again in a second."

How Does It work?

Discovery Call

Discovery Call

After you book your project date and fill out your discovery questionnaire, we meet (via Zoom) for your design consultation. In the meeting we talk all about what makes your brand special, your position in the market and strategize how to make your website convert leads into paying customers.

Logo Designs

We start with your brand mood board which sets the tone for the project. After the mood board, I deliver 1-2 logo concepts. Once we decide on a direction, it gets refined until it’s just right. After completion of the logo, business card and brand collateral items are crafted to be consistent with your new branding.

Website Build Out

Website Built Out

Once we have your shiny new logo and branding completed, I will provide you with website renderings. They will give you an idea of the sites functionality and overall style.

Launch Day

Once the renderings are approved it’s time for me to build your site in Squarespace. After any final adjustments your new brand and website you will be ready to launch online and for us to celebrate! The whole process from start to finish is usually 4-6 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ Who Do You Work With?

To put it simply, I work with creative entrepreneurs. What exactly is a creative entrepreneur? I like to break it down into four categories: Artists, Makers, Movers and Shakers.

Designers, painters, photographers, writers etc. looking to establish their personal brand and be seen online. Artists hire me to help them create a consistent brand that establishes them as a creative expert and a website that attracts all those dreamy clients straight to them.

Artists that make or sell a physical product and need to sell it online. Makers hire me to help them plan out their business vision, get consistent with their brand and get their products sold online.

Yogis, dancers, musicians, athletes etc. hire me to help them organize their portfolio into a clear and consistent brand and show their dream customer just what they can do.

Health and life coaches, therapists, activists and consultants hire me to help them showcase their brand and attract the all those dreamy clients.

+ Do you offer payment plans?

Payments are broken into three. To book your project, I require a 33% deposit. Two weeks after your projects starts, the next 33% is due. Four weeks after the project start date (or at completion, whichever is first) the final 33% is due. I understand the huge investment it takes to style your brand, so in certain cases, four payments can be made over 8 weeks.

+ What will my website be built on?

It will depends on your needs but as a general rule of thumb I use Sqaurespace for serivces based businesses and Shopify for larger product based e-commerce sites. Both a verstile and easy to use!

+ Are there any extra costs?

Yes. Your business cards and any additional collateral materials will cost extra to be printed. The price will vary based on your paper quality and the amount you order. Your Squarespace site comes with a free domain but you will need to pay Squarespace the monthly hosting fee. See more about Squarespace pricing here.

+ I need other design materials like business cards and fliers, can you help me?

Yes! I can add those items on as needed.

+ I already have a brand identity; can you design my website?

Typically I like to work with brands that have established brand guidelines. If you have those in place then I would be happy to talk more about working together!

Lauren, the tiny tracker

“Hayley was an absolute pleasure to work with. While we were not physically located in the same city, the entire time we were working together, I felt like we were in the same room. Communication was easy, efficient and straightforward. Turn around was timely and delivered as promised.

Hayley was highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend her to all creatives seeking help developing their brand and web presence!”
